Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. This role involves managing relationships with both new and existing clients, addressing billing inquiries, coordinating with telecom providers, and ensuring smooth communication between onsite and offsite customer contacts. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
•Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their telecom needs are met.
•Answer client questions, including billing inquiries and service-related concerns.
•Communicate with telecom providers to resolve service issues and coordinate solutions.
•Work closely with onsite and offsite customer contacts to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.
•Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
•Identify opportunities for service upgrades and upsell additional telecom solutions.
•Ensure client satisfaction and retention through problem-solving and high-touch account management.
•Keep detailed records of client interactions, updates, and resolutions in CRM systems.
Requirements
•Proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
•High emotional intelligence and strong soft skills for relationship-building.
•Experience in account management, customer service, or telecom industry preferred.
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to client concerns.
•Comfortable coordinating between multiple stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and technical teams.
•Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate telecom systems and billing platforms.
•Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
